Findings from Strategic Education’s 2023 survey of working adults show that the majority of employees are generally happy with their current jobs.

Workers who described themselves as fairly or very happy in this year’s survey were less likely to be actively looking for a new job than workers who described themselves that way in last year’s survey.

Employer sponsored education may play a role in an employee’s increased happiness as employees feel more valued and loyal when their employer supports their professional development.
